In the early 1990's, the business opened to offer clothing alterations to several retail stores in Brockville. Over time, clients grew to include individuals, organizations and teams. Reflecting the changes in the fashion industry and client's needs, in 2014 Creations By Tracy also evolved into the PROFESSIONAL HEMMING SERVICE that we are today. In 2016 a residential move to Kingston provided an opportunity to serve two cities However effective August 2018, the Brockville location has closed permanently, and we are now happily serving new & previous clients at the Kingston location only,
